As every year, the Vorarlberg apprentices of the RATTPACK Group gathered together in the first week to attend the Moving Competence Seminar. This year we were once again in Lochau at Hofen Castle, from where we then set off for the outdoor activities in Bregenz.

We were able to get to know each other well while climbing together and attending the workshops on communication, conflict management and teamwork. quickly immersed ourselves in important areas of our training period.

In August, we sent a delegation of our Viennese apprentices to a summer camp together with their trainers Karina and Thomas to reflect on the past year and tackle the new year full of energy and motivation. new apprenticeship year full of energy and motivation. The Moving Competence Seminar 3 took place again this year in June for the 3rd year apprentices. This time we were accommodated in St. Arbogast, which turned out to be a great location for this event. location for this event. The Wolfurt Apprentice Day began early with the descent to Montafon. From there, we took the cable car to the mountain station to have breakfast together. Afterwards, however, we were able to do a few more laps on the scooters and climb in the high ropes course. Just in time for the start of spring, our 2nd year apprentices and the V-Pack Group apprentices attended the Moving Competence Seminar. Last week, our Vorarlberg and Buch apprentices had plenty of action after work. In mid-May, the popular second edition of the Moving Competence seminar series for the 2nd year apprentices was on the agenda again. Despite sometimes extremely adverse conditions apprentices and trainers did not let the fun of doing and reflecting together be taken away.
