Lateral entry & part-time - is that possible?

Hi everyone,

My name is Aline, but everyone actually calls me Lini. I'm 31 years old and the proud mom of an 11-year-old son. My professional journey started early. At the age of 15, I successfully successfully started my training as a restaurant specialist. Since then, gastronomy has been my home. I worked in this exciting and challenging industry for 15 years, sharing special moments and gaining countless moments and gained countless experiences.

But as a "soccer mom" in particular, it became increasingly difficult for me to balance my job and family life. The catering industry has shaped me: it has shown me what it means to what it means to work with passion, to be flexible and to keep on top of things even in stressful times. However, after so many years in this industry, I have decided to explore new new paths - not only for myself, but also for my son. True to the motto - the best for you!

When I told an acquaintance about my desire for a career change, he suddenly said: "I have just the thing for you!" 

And indeed - a good year ago, a great opportunity arose: RATTPACK® gave me the chance to fill the position at the (telephone) reception as a part-time career changer. I immediately thought to myself: that's exactly what I want to do! Organization, daily daily contact with people and a completely new professional challenge.

After a year, I feel really well integrated. I know the processes, I'm settled and I feel like I've really arrived in my new job. But that doesn't mean that it gets boring - quite the opposite! There are always new situations that I learn from, I'm assigned new tasks and I continue to grow as a result. I gladly accept these I am happy to take on these challenges, because standing still is not for me.

I particularly appreciate the fact that the company offers me the opportunity to take part in further training. I use this opportunity with great enthusiasm to develop my professional skills to develop professionally, acquire new skills, deepen my knowledge and take on new challenges. 

But what makes my job really special is our great working atmosphere. Above all, everyone in our team is incredibly nice and helpful. Especially in my early days, I could always ask questions - even three times! The support I received here made it much easier for me to get started and showed me how valuable a strong team is. 

I am very grateful to RATTPACK® for giving me this opportunity and I am looking forward to a bright future. This change has shown me that it is worth taking new paths and seizing opportunities - sometimes this is exactly what leads to the best new possibilities.
