The challenge was to replace existing materials of the previous packaging, such as metal and plastic, with cardboard, while at the same time improving the stiffness, visibility and fixation of the product within the packaging. visibility and fixation of the product within the packaging.

In addition, the packaging design had to provide a secure hold so that the rackets remain in their respective places even after transport, e.g. when they are placed on the sales shelf in the sports store.

The insert had to be very stable and yet easy to assemble. In order to meet these requirements, a tear-resistant cardboard sleeve and an easy-to-fit insert with a Eurohole flap for opening with a single-color print sustainably implemented directly on the cardboard.
