High performance. Our multilayer composites.

High-performance multilayer laminates with thicknesses of up to 300 µm are among RATTPACK®'s specialties. These composites are used for sealing inserts in the beverage industry and in the automotive industry. All laminates are characterized by very good running properties.

In recent years, the segment of lid blanks that are induction-sealed onto PE and PETP bottles has been continuously expanded. These are high-performance laminates with up to 5 layers, which guarantee your food the highest level of safety thanks to their sealability and sterilization. For various technical applications hologram films, films with security pigments and films with detectability are also used for copy and counterfeit protection.

Full flexibility thanks to inline production of connectors.

Print substrates equipped with a cold seal are laminated "inline" directly after printing and therefore in just one work step. This creates security and opens up completely new new possibilities.

Aluminum composites

Are you looking for aluminum composites in combination with PET or paper? Then RATTPACK® is the right place for you. Such mixed aluminum composites are combined at RATTPACK® in 3 to 5 layers. Whether as packaging for disinfectant wipes, technical products and creams or foodstuffs - thanks to our efficient gravure printing process, all aluminum laminates can be individually printed. There are no limits to the finishing of your goods. A particularly cost-efficient option is our single-color scatter prints - contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

Foils for closures

RATTPACK® produces various composite films for further processing into closure sealing components, including sealing media for beverage bottles, toothpaste tubes, creams and more. and many more.

Different foam films as well as PET or PE sealing media are laminated into high-quality laminates - sterilization-proof and 100% sealable. Especially for sealing media from the AGRO (agriculture) and food (food industry), special adhesives are used to ensure 100% protection. The seals, also known as "compounds", are sealed using an induction or conduction process. Film structures with "hot melt" (waxes), which are used for sealing on glassware, for example, are also an integral part of the RATTPACK® product range.

Pre-lamination for print shops

Sterilization-resistant, sealable and thermoformable - RATTPACK® produces pre-laminates for many printing companies, which can then be further refined. Here, laminates with 2 to 5 layers are produced according to customer requirements and finished on site. This type of film is often used in the cosmetics industry. Thanks to the bundling of orders and the RATTPACK® modular system, we are able to achieve particularly favorable purchasing conditions. We are happy to pass these on to our customers.
