"I'm going with you" - Future Day: an exciting look behind the scenes

On June 26, 2025, the time had come again: as part of the Vorarlberg Future Day, 14 curious children aged between 10 and 14 were able to experience a very special day at RATTPACK®. Under the They accompanied their parents, relatives or friends to the workplace under the motto "I'm going with you" - and gained exciting insights into the working world of tomorrow.

The excitement was already palpable at the reception - after all, it is not an everyday occurrence to be allowed to take a look behind the scenes of a company that produces such innovative packaging solutions. solutions. After a warm welcome, the day began with a tour of the company: From the modern office to the impressive production hall, the children were able to discover where and how packaging is made - and what role technology, teamwork and precision play in the process.

"I would never have thought that so many machines were needed to make packaging - that was really cool!" said Andre (12) enthusiastically after the tour.

"What I liked best was that we were allowed to see everything and that the employees were so nice and explained everything to us," said Olivia (13).

After so many impressions, the young guests fortified themselves with a shared snack, where not only their hunger but also their thirst for knowledge was quenched. Then it was time to move on - directly directly to the workplace of their parents or relatives. There, the children were able to experience at first hand what everyday working life really looks like.

"It was nice to see how proud my son was when he was allowed to look over my shoulder at work," said one employee. "I think he now understands much better what I do all day. what I do all day."

The day was also a complete success for the company:
